Ashton Terms & Conditions

  • Opening order $250
  • Re-Orders $250
  • Payment Terms – All orders are credit card only. 
  • Returns – all orders are custom and not returnable
  • Damages – any damages/defects must be reported immediately upon receipt. Contact customer service at Sales@ashtonuswholesale.com for instructions.
  • Cancellations – due to the customization of the product all orders are firm. Cancellations are not allowed.
  • Ordering – all orders must be submitted through our website www.ashtonuswholesale.com.
  • Customization/Personalization – All items may be customized with your location, state name, local attraction or even business name. See below for details and exceptions.  Please be sure specify exactly what you want printed on each item.  Double check spelling, capitalization etc.  Your order is printed exactly as you submitted it.  Your order confirmation will be your only proof.  
  • Shipping - Allow 2 – 4 weeks for shipping.
  • Freight – All orders ship from our Gibsonville, NC facility. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice once you have checked out.

Ashton reserves the right to refuse a customization order as outline in the Terms of Service and Conditions.
